Two new data centres will open following direct investment in UK, Treasury announces

The UK is set to benefit from £2 billion investment from “world-leading” tech and artificial intelligence companies, the Treasury has announced.

As part of the investment, two new data centres will open this year, with further expansion next year, the government has also revealed.
